Account Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesMaintaining Fixed assets & ROU Assets records.
Preparing monthly Audit schedules.
E-invoicing.
CP 58 and other assignments assigned from time to time.
Any ad hoc matters assigned by Supervisor.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, LCCI, CAT or equivalent.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping is a must.
Experience in retail industry would be an added advantage.
Computer literate in MS Office applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Prior audit knowledge would be advantageous.
Reliable, meticulous, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and withstand work pressure.
Good administration & interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
