Job Description:
Record and update daily transactions in accounting software.
Prepare and maintain financial listings (Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Deposits, Accruals).
Verify and resolve discrepancies in balance sheet accounts (Cash & Bank, Prepayment, Accruals, Provision).
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Analyse operational and accounting data for trends and variations.
Prepare and review full sets of accounts.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
1 year of working experience in account executive or similar role is preferred;Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Familiarity with accounting systems and tools such asSQL, AutoCount , andExcel .
Required language(s):English & Mandarin.
Good time managementandability to meet tight deadlines.
