Account Executive

Job Description:
Handle aFULL SETof accounts & prepare a financial report.
Prepare payment vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and journal vouchers.
Perform daily and monthly accounts payable (AP) & account receivable (AR) operations.
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
Liaise with various departments, auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents to produce accounting-related reports.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping.
Verify staff claims and suppliers' invoices.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to communicate inMandarin.
Applicants must haveat leasta degree or above, with a background in finance/accounting/banking or related majors preferred.
Male or female.
Applicants with at least 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting will be preferred.
Strong analytical skills, proactive thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Accounting Software.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as the ability to speak Mandarin will help in liaising with Chinese suppliers.
