Account Executive

1. Audit Preparation
Organize and prepare all necessary documents for financial audits.
2. Fee Structure Management
Develop and update the yearly fee structure or adjust it as per parental requests.
3. Outstanding Payment Management
Maintain records of outstanding payments and liaise with parents to ensure timely settlements.
4. Claims and Payment Processing
Oversee claims and payments involving parents, staff, and the director.
5. Supplier Payments
Process payments to suppliers and service providers promptly.
6. Documentation and Templates
Prepare essential financial documents, letters, and templates for accounting purposes.
7. Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and data.
8. Administrative Support
Draft agreements or contracts for new student admissions and other administrative needs.
9. Event and Activity Preparation
Assist in organizing and preparing for school events, activities, and programs as required.
10. Communication
Act as the liaison with parents and suppliers regarding payments, claims, and event-related inquiries.
11. Financial Reporting
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, invoices, and other documentation.
12. Management Support
