Account Executive

Details of the offer

Ensure timely and accurate completion of checking on Shop Statements and Cash Statements.
Cash Management – Reconcile daily sales remittance with reported sales to ensure all sales are properly accounted for and remittance status being updated to District Managers/ Retail Operations.
Stock Management – Reconcile, follow up and perform clearing for the goods-in-transit accounts by coordinating with the operations.
Prepare report on Store Profitability with relevant analysis and insights.
Assist in preparation of year-end audit, prepare audit schedules and handle audit queries.
Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing system.
Any ad-hoc arrangement as required from time to time.
Maintaining bookkeeping of client's bank transactions/feeds.
Bank reconciliations and accounts review.
Accounts Payables processing and payment.
Payroll services.
Preparation of Monthly Management Reports.
Preparation of Weekly or Ad hoc Reporting.
Preparation of Business and Instalment Activity Statements (BAS).
Preparation of Payroll tax lodgement.
Working within a paperless environment.
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry.
Required qualifications include a degree, diploma, or certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in data analysis and presenting insights to support business decisions.
Bookkeeping/Accounting experience of at least 3 years.
Must be able to work well as part of a team.
Training and support will be provided.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
