We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Executive to manage our office and client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:Oversee the management of office and client accounts, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
Accounts Receivable:Manage invoicing, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Accounts Payable:Process and monitor payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Financial Reporting:Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Coordination:Collaborate with the legal team to support financial aspects of client cases.
Audit Support:Assist in preparing for and responding to financial audits.
General Administration:Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the finance department.
Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a law firm or similar professional environment.
Skills:Proficiency in XERO accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail.
Language:Proficiency in English and Malay.
Additional language skills are a plus.
Attributes:High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
