Account Executive

Review and verify invoices/bills received, ensuring completeness of supporting documents for audit
Assist in daily operational duties and undertake any ad-hoc accounting assignments as assigned by superiors
Assist Manager in year-end closing and audit schedule where necessary
Filing and maintaining the accounting records
Perform account receivables functions i.e.
collection and bank-in cheques process
Perform account payables functions i.e.
prepare payments vouchers and billings
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma/ Higher Graduate in Accounting or Finance
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferably Executives specializing in Accounting support or equivalent
Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, UBS
Required language: English, Chinese
Written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Willing to be based in Penang
