Account Executive

Responsibilities: • Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts including monthly reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and management reports • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions • Preparation and updating cash flow daily as well as performing bank reconciliation • Handle treasury function and cashflow management • To prepare annual budget and forecast • Assist in the day-to-day operations and activities in the accounts department • Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports & functions as and when assigned by management • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and others.
Requirements Requirements: • Candidate must possess Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher or Part Professional qualification.
• At least 2 year(s) of related working experience.
• Preferably with experience in property development / construction / building industry • Positive and Pro-active attitude.
• High degree of integrity, maturity and pleasant personality.
• An independent and dynamic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of IFCA/ACCWIN accounting software is an advantage   Benefits 5-day week, performance bonus, medical, EPF, etc
