Account Executive

Responsibilities:
Generate accurate and timely invoices, verify invoice accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, collections, aging, and provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis.Assist in the month-end closing process.Assist in the implementation and improvement processes and procedures.Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all accounts transactions.Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payment-related issues.Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
