Account Executive

-Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AP & AR procedures by generating and raising invoices,debit & credit notes.
-Prepare and assist in supervising and updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and other ledgers.
-Prepare of closing stocks reports to ensure the timely and correctness of assets
- To maintain proper accounting records and proper filing system
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, principles & accordance to standard requirement.
- To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
equirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or relevant professional qualification
- Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
- Strong analytical skills and fast learner.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
*Able liase with customer or supplies in English,Bahasa Malaysia, Contonese & Mandarin spoken
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office application and accounting software (Autocount)
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
