Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive with a deep knowledge of Accounting principles. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, outstanding attention to detail, and a solid background in Accounting or Finance, which would be a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare a full set of management accounts for the company including cashbook. 
• Enter daily collection promptly into the UBS System. 
• Prepare payment process activities, online and banking transactions and responds to Account Payable inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Maintain systematic filing of accounting records and documents. 
• Prepare weekly, month-end, financial year end closing and aging to ensure all accounts are complete, adequate and accurate. 
• Prepare budget forecasts and reconciling bank statements. 
• Manage petty cash claims and make the salary payment after receiving the memo from the HR department. 
• Liaise with auditor for yearly financial report audit, liaise with tax agent for yearly tax forecast and final tax computation. 
• Manage cash inflows and outflow records, maintain billing records and perform reconciliations for a development company (HDA and JV Accounts). 
• Handling payments for quit rent and assessments for company property.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or the related field is required.Knowledge of the accounting software UBS is an advantage.Able to liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.Possess a high degree of self-motivation, be results-oriented, and able to work independently.Good interpersonal and communication skills.High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
