Account Executive

Responsibilities: To assist superior in performing day-to-day accounting functions such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger up to P&L and Balance Sheet.
 Assist in liaise with external parties on audit, tax agent, banker and etc.
 To assist superior in monitoring of creditor's aging by ensuring the payments are up to date & accurate.
 Manage month end and year end closing procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports.
 Assist to resolve issue internally and externally in regards of accounting issue to ensure the operation run smoothly.
 Submission of monthly, quarterly financial accountings reports.
 To prepare bank reconciliation.
 Perform any other duties, which may be assigned by Account Manager / Management from time to time.    Requirement: Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
 At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
 Knowledge in UBS Accounting Software.
 Proficiency in speaking Mandarin is preferable; knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage. 
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of multitasking.
 Proactive, dynamic and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
 Must be responsible, committed, good interpersonal skills and possess initiative.
 Availability to start immediately is an advantage.
