Account Executive

Job Description     :
Able to handle full set of accounts and manage day to day accounting operation activities including support in the overall Finance & Accounting transactionsResponsible for accurate and timely month end and year end closing of management accounts.Prepare payments voucher, invoices, bank reconciliation, documents and letters.Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.Assist in full spectrum of credit control and collection of receivables & AP Payment managementPrepare relevant balance sheet schedules, bank and intercompany reconciliations Prepare journal entries and ensure all supporting documents attached for review purpose.Prepare monthly debtor statement and remind client via email.Liase with auditors, tax agent, bankers, company secretary relating to internal and external requirement.To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Preferably with 3 years in the related field.Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent preferred.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
