Account Executive

Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare accurate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings (SST, income tax, etc.). Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants. Monitor and review internal financial controls to ensure efficiency. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a related field. Diploma in Accounting with experience. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in accounting. Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Work Schedule:
