Account Executive

Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day account transactions, documents and use of accounting system (OBM).  Prepare monthly debtor statements, aging reports and send out email.  Check and key in purchase invoice, check DO and completeness of supporting documents.  Check and entering staff claim into accounting system.  Assist banking transaction, bank in cheques and prepare payment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date of bank account records and bank account reconciliations. Maintain up-to-date filling system and manage all account files. Assist in fixed assets, audit, tax and other administrative task and financial matters. Ensure transaction compliance with accounting policies and standards.  Attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.  Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent Possess own transport Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Good organization skills and great attention to detail Able to work around tight deadlines and have sense of urgency. Working Days & Hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
