Account Executive

 Key Responsibilities: -   



-Manage accounts payable function, ensuring accurate processing and verification of transactions with proper documentation.


-Liase with sales support for accounts receivable, including invoicing, SOP checks, and customer collections.


-Assist in logistics and homologation processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.


-Process monthly journal entries and prepare payment schedules on a weekly and monthly basis. 


-Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

; Requirements:-


-Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance


-At least 2 years of experience in a similar position


-Able to assist in audit and tax matters


-Proficient in Excel, Word, and AutoCount Software


-Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.


-Mature personality with self-initiative and attention to detail.


-Effetive communication skills with all levels of staff.
