Account Executive

-Prepare full set accounts, analyzing financial reporting and cash flow forecast


-Prepare full set accounts, analyzing financial reporting and cash flow forecast


-Responsible for GL, Account Receivable and Account payable functions


-Responsible for wiewing of cash flow management and profit and loss statement


-Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, monthly closing and monthly reporting


-To perform bank reconciliations, collection, and credit control


-To handle the day-to-day operation matters such as payment processing, daily banking, entering business transactions into the accounting system, etc


-Ensure the completeness of data recorded and aligned with relevant tax regulations and accounting standards


-Perform account closing procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards


-Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary

; Requirements:-


- Degree in Accounting or equivalent OR a professional qualification under ACCA or euivalent


-Minimum 1 year of experience in financial accounting


-In depth understanding of account functions including account payables/receivables, intercompany transaction, cash flow and general ledger reconciliation


-High integrity,excellent work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline


-Responsible and high sensitivity in handling confidential information


-Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a positive attitude


-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysi
