Account Executive / Sr. Executive

Responsibilities: Handle full set management accounts and financial statementIssue payment, journal voucher, posting sub-module to GL moduleAssist on financing/BA/BG and treasury functionLiaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers, loan solicitor and related authority's partiesUpdate and review daily cashflow, monitor loan repaymentAssist on implementation of internal control procedures, developing financial management mechanism to minimize riskSupervise and review management accounts to ensure compliance to Accounting Standards including reconciliations of bank accounts, account receivable and payable, taxation, fixed assets, etc.Ensure accuracy, compliance and completeness of accounting data and supporting documents Qualification: Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate or equivalent5 - 7 year of working experience in accounting preferably in Construction or Property Development industry Minimum 5 years of group consolidation working experience and management reportingWell versed in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint and preferably with experience in IFCA Accounting SystemExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPossess a strong sense of responsibility and analytical skills
