Account Executives (Full Set Acc) Retail/Trading/Service/Project- MidValley/KLCCWe are hiring for multiple account executive vacancies in Mid Valley, KLCC, Damansara Heights, Sungai Besi, Cheras, TTDI, Desa Park City, Bukit Jalil.
Industry experience in Retail/F&B/Services/Construction/Trading/Manufacturing/Logistics will have an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Able to handle full set of accounts.
Ensure timely submission of full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.
Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies.
To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation.
Prepare journal entries.
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
Assist with year-end closings.
Must be able to liaise with the auditors, bankers and government department when required.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
To handle asset accounts.
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports as and when required.
