Account Management Specialist

Job Description Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive customer service.
Process customer orders using the MFG or Oracle system.
Update customers and management on shipment status by providing backlog reports bi-monthly.
Monitor and ensure timely delivery of all shipments.
Coordinate local and export shipments.
Prepare and manage delivery documents, including manual and system-generated invoices.
Facilitate communication and provide timely responses between customers, sales, operations, and factories.
Generate and review order status reports.
Compile documents from various sites and functions for financial closing.
Email and post invoices to customers.
Oversee and transfer inventory across different sites.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues regarding short shipments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Initiate and follow up on new item creation in the system.
Prepare weekly forecast figures.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements Able to work independently Prior experience/knowledge in shipping/incoterms is an advantage Experience with the ORACLE system is an advantage
