As The Coca-Cola Company's (TCCC) global production partner, we're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Hogarth Worldwide for an incredible career opportunity.
Managing the cross-channel communications for TCCC's full portfolio of brands, you'll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our partnership.
The Role
This role offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest total beverage company in the world, managing the production scope for the Asean South Pacific (ASP) region, working with a diverse set of clients and seeing projects through end-to-end.
This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the TCCC account with focus on delivering excellency in production quality and high levels of client service.
Responsibilities
Key day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients:
Partnering with internal teams across various functions (e.g.
Broadcast, Print, Digital, Language Services, Project Management) to ensure a smooth process, proper resource allocation, and a superior end result
Trafficking the work into the studio and ensuring team members feel personal accountability for deliverables and projects, engaging in all aspects of team assignments driving towards progress, actions and results
Developing and maintaining high level of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity diversity and engagement)
Managing project workflows with clients and participating actively at client/cross-agency interactions
Developing, monitoring and delivering against agreed scope, approved budget and committed timeline
Owning day-to-day project administration throughout the project lifecycle; meticulously updating and maintaining Project trackers and Finance sheets
Maintaining multiple internal and TCCC-own platforms
Organising and/or attending internal and client meetings/calls; sharing agendas, re-caps and meeting reports
Collaborating with other agency partners (e.g.
creative, shopper, media, social & influence) and vendors to obtain assets/working files, schedules, technical specifications and copy dates
You will have the chance to manage medium-size projects independently, from initiation through to completion:
Working with interdisciplinary teams of creative, production and technologists to define and develop scopes and estimates of projects
Owning project timeline and budget
Managing all client conversations related to productions and communicating changes/directions to team members
Requirements
Business
Consistent display of a professional, calm, approachable demeanour
Strong communication skills; fluent oral and written English is critical (other languages desirable)
Active listening – being sensitive and responsive to client's needs and concerns
Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary agency environment and working with remote teams
Ability to identify quality, budget or timeline issues and proactively propose actions to remove them or escalate to senior team members
Focuses on delivering great work and proactively identifies barriers to creating great work (e.g.
budget, timeline, quality)
Is able to solve problems with a solution that works for all stakeholders without compromising the efficiency or quality of work
Processes
Multi-tasking will be the order of the day - prioritization, organization and time-management are indispensable
Resilience and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Solid understanding of video, print and digital production process
Attention to detail is a must for production excellency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in account management or project management working in a video, print or digital production role
Prior agency experience managing international/regional clients in multiple markets with a diverse set of stakeholders is desired
