Account Manager (Ref Id: 12987)

Department: Accounting Department 
Report to:Japanese MD

·Maintain a full set of accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness
·Review daily transaction data input into the accounting system
·Ensure proper filing of records/ proper documentation
·Monitor and update cash flow forecast
·Prepare cashflow and profit and loss projection as and when required
·Handling taxation and statutory accounts; liaising with external auditors, tax agents, government, regulatory bodies and other professional bodies
·Communicate with all levels of relevant departments when necessary for daily related tasks
·Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting, filing, and other requirements, including corporate tax and other statutory bodies, while reconciling accounts.
·Perform ad-hoc analysis / task as and when required.
Requirement 
· Graduate with a Diploma or Degree in finance/accounting.
· Age 35-45
· Proficient in Sage and other accounting software would be advantageous.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Leadership management skill (leading a group of 3)
·Experience on SAGE operating system is an advantage
·Manage and prepare the accounting reports as requested.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
