Account Officer

Duties & Responsibilities: Experience in partial or full sets of accounts - AP/ AR/ GL/ Inventory.Assist in month end closing.Management of petty cash transaction.Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.Creating and updating expense reports.Processing reimbursement forms.Participate in quarterly and annual audits.Preparation of monthly reports.Fixed Assets control.Any other ad-hoc projects.Requirements: Diploma in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 2 years' experience Fresh graduates are welcome to applyAble to work independently with minimum supervisionAble to work initiatively with efficient and effectiveGood communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia, English)Good at excel, word, PowerPoint etc office software Experience in Autocount system will be an added advantage
