Job Description
-Handling and Identify the customer category of the enquiry from sales team.
-Issue the quotation, provide training, delivery and after sales follow up
-Have an in depth understanding of client's brief and expectations, with the ability to analyze and interpret brief and serve customer needs proposing and professional advice on all requirements.
-Assist with the formulation, brainstorming or guidance on creative for proposals and presentations.
-Maintain a good customer relationship and take care of clients' specific needs.
-Proactively manage day-to-day activities and opportunities for strategic development of accounts
-Develop and maintain account management communication and execution process independently for multiple clients locally and internationally
-Able to negotiate and problem solve with clients and third parties on details of ongoing work

Role and Responsibilities:

-Manages accounts with productive relationships for continuous support from End user (Branded Corporate) and advertising and event agencies of product and service.
-Continuous sales support to customer on inquiries and issues.
-Conduct sales presentation, proposal presentations and negotiations with clients.
-Working with creative team to plan and provide the best creative proposal
-Working with production team with efficiency product delivery as per scheduling.
-Weekly and monthly reporting, attend meeting and trainings.
-Liaise with key customers on matters pertaining to sales and marketing issues, including follow up sales enquiry, orders, new product development and etc
-Responsible for retaining customer for repeat services
-To manage and enhance customer relationship, as well as identifying and developing new customers
-To generate and approach sales leads with the aim of converting them to customers
-Enhancing customer satisfaction through a better understanding of their requirements and needs
-To monitor, gather and analyse market and industry information so that appropriate marketing strategy can be implemented
-Carry out daily administrative activities related to sales and marketing
-Ensure timely collections from customers and to control debts
-Liaising with all relevant departments on matters related to meeting customers' requirements, new project development and delivery of product
-Willingness to work as a team to ensure individual and team target are meets and ensure operating efficiency
-Responsible for achieving and exceeds monthly and annually personal and team spirit for divisional sales target

-Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communications/Advertising, Marketing, Media or equivalent
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
-At least SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any related field.
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Proactive with ability to work in a dynamic environment
-Able to work with minimum supervision
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
-Additional language skills would be an advantage
-Knowledge on social media would be an advantage
-Quick thinker with objective understanding
-Fresh Graduates or with 1-2 years' experience
-Good Interpersonal and strong communications, presentation and organization skills
-Ability to work independently, within a team environment a communicate at all levels
