Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the account management team.
2. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
5. Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
