**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Communication:** Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication via phone, email, and in-person.
- **Account Management Support:** Assist account managers in maintaining client accounts, ensuring all client requests and inquiries are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Efficiently enter and manage client data in the company's CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- **Document Preparation:** Prepare account-related documents, reports, and presentations as required, ensuring adherence to company standards and client specifications.
- **Problem Solving:** Address client concerns and issues effectively by utilizing critical thinking and decision-making skills to propose suitable resolutions.
- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and products.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, to support the execution of promotional campaigns and business initiatives.
- **Reporting:** Assist in generating periodic reports on account performance and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- **Market Research:** Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to support account management strategies.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A minimum of a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Prior experience in a customer service, support, or related role (minimum of 1 year) is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated: Must demonstrate a strong commitment to fulfilling responsibilities and achieving goals.
- Resourceful: Ability to think creatively and find solutions without relying heavily on others.
- **Soft Skills:**
