### Responsibilities
- **Client Interaction:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, providing timely and accurate information to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Account Management:**
- Support account management efforts by updating client records, processing account changes, and tracking service requests.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure effective communication and support for client accounts.
- **Data Entry and Reporting:**
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and account status in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Prepare reports on account performance and client satisfaction metrics as needed.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to coordinate account-related projects and initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss account progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Problem Resolution:**
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues or concerns related to account services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior account managers as appropriate to facilitate timely resolution.
- **Training and Development:**
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer interaction skills.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new service offerings to better assist clients.
### Requirements
**Education and Experience:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role is preferred.
- A degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
**Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
