**Job Description:**

As an Account Support Manager at IOI Corporation Berhad, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between our organization and our clients. You will be responsible for managing account-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall account management strategy. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction and Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Conduct quarterly account reviews and provide insights on account performance and areas for improvement.

2. **Account Administration:**
- Assist with the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services offered.
- Track account metrics and prepare reports to assess client satisfaction and account health.
- Manage account-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve product or service issues promptly and effectively.

4. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify potential issues that may impact client satisfaction and proactively develop solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary, while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the resolution process.

5. **Time Management and Organization:**
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and balance multiple client accounts.
- Maintain an organized workflow to ensure efficient handling of inquiries and resolve client issues in a timely manner.

6. **Leadership and Development:**
- Mentor and guide junior team members as needed, sharing best practices and strategies for successful account management.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your own skills and contribute to the overall professional development of the team.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and managing high-profile accounts.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric attitude.
- Motivated and driven personality, with a passion for achieving results and contributing to team success.
- Leadership abilities, with experience guiding and mentoring team members.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
