### Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers you the flexibility of working from home while contributing significantly to our client's success through outstanding account support services. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will collaborate effectively within a vibrant, supportive, and engaging team environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
- **Account Oversight**: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients' expectations are met and exceeded. This includes monitoring account health and identifying opportunities for growth.
- **Project Management**: Lead and coordinate project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Utilize project management tools to streamline processes and communicate updates effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Act as the primary point of contact for addressing client concerns, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare and deliver regular reports detailing account performance, market trends, and potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure consistent and effective communication across departments, contributing to a cohesive approach to client needs.
- **Training & Mentorship**: Provide guidance and training to junior team members on best practices in account management and customer service.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement within the account management function, making proactive recommendations to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

### Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, customer support, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing large client accounts.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- **Personality Traits**:
- Confident: Be able to communicate effectively with clients at all levels and command respect in professional settings.
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks and priorities without direct supervision.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong project management capabilities, with demonstrated experience in managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to identifying issues and developing actionable solutions.
