Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a motivated and passionate Account Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, assisting with client communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist account managers with client communications and account maintenance
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong planning and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
