### Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team remotely. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' experience while managing various client accounts. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, adaptable to changing environments, and possess strong project management and persuasion skills, we want to hear from you!

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Communication:** Maintain consistent communication with clients via email, phone, or chat to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure overall satisfaction with our services.

- **Account Management:** Actively manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date in our system.

- **Issue Resolution:** Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues faced by clients, offering effective solutions while liaising with other departments as needed to ensure timely resolution.

- **Project Coordination:** Support various departmental projects by collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to management.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular updates on account status and customer feedback to management.

- **Documentation:** Ensure all interactions are accurately documented and all client requests are recorded, using the designated customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

- **Relationship Building:** Foster strong relationships with clients, enhancing client retention and loyalty by understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.

### Qualifications:

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an account support or customer service role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.

**Skills & Competencies:**
- **Confident:** Demonstrate self-assurance in communication and decision-making.
- **Adaptable:** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and adjust strategies as necessary.
- **Project Management:** Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- **Persuasion:** Ability to influence and encourage clients effectively, providing sound rationale for recommendations.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools preferred.
