**Job Description:**

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Secretary to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy accessibility of information.

2. **Communication Management:**
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally, responding to inquiries or escalating them as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

3. **Meeting Coordination:**
- Schedule, coordinate, and assist in meetings, including preparation of agendas, distributing relevant materials, and recording minutes of meetings.
- Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure accountability and completion.

4. **Data Management:**
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

5. **Office Management:**
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, proactively identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure all departments have what they need.

6. **Team Support:**
- Foster a cooperative environment by collaborating with team members and contributing to team goals.
- Provide support during team events and activities, enhancing team morale and engagement.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience in a corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), office equipment, and basic knowledge of project management tools.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to adapt to changing situations and overcome challenges effectively.
- Resourceful: Proficient in finding creative solutions to problems and seeking out information as required.
- **Soft Skills:**
