**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. **Account Management:**
- Manage and track client accounts effectively, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded and updated in the system.
- Assist in the preparation of client contracts, proposals, and reports, ensuring clarity and adherence to company standards.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify account-related challenges and work collaboratively with relevant departments to find timely resolutions.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to enhance service delivery and client experience.

4. **Data Analysis:**
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven interpretations to enhance account efficiency and profitability.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken within CRM systems.
- Generate regular reports for management detailing client status, revenue forecasts, and outstanding issues.

6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to share client feedback and insights that may influence product or service improvements.

7. **Training and Support:**
- Educate clients on new products and features, conducting demonstrations and answering questions to promote optimal use of services.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems regarding account support.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking: A strong work ethic and determination to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Confident: Comfortably articulate ideas and solutions to clients and team members.
