We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur.

**Job Description:**
As an Account Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support in managing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering strong, long-term relationships. You will work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to address client inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, effectively managing and addressing their inquiries or concerns via email, phone, and in-person.
- Support account managers in maintaining account records and updating client information, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
- Process client orders and requests promptly, while ensuring all relevant information is communicated clearly to internal teams.
- Assist in preparing account reports, proposals, and presentations as needed, providing clear and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate negotiations and close deals, contributing to the overall sales process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention, proactively identifying any potential issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and our service offerings to provide tailored support and uphold excellent customer experience.
- Assist in the organization and execution of client meetings, conferences, and events.
- Maintain an organized and systematic approach to account management, ensuring that all tasks are prioritized effectively.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in account support, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven and reliable personality, with a strong commitment to achieving results and driving client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proven negotiation skills, with the capability to engage clients positively while ensuring mutual benefit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
