**Job Description:**

Perodua, a leading automotive manufacturer in Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an **Account Support Specialist**. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, focusing on delivering exceptional support to our valued clients and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely solutions via phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
- **Account Management:** Assist in maintaining and updating client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- **Documentation:** Prepare and process necessary paperwork including contracts, invoices, and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- **Data Entry:** Input and maintain client data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Support Sales Team:** Collaborate with the sales department to provide the necessary support for account management and client retention efforts.
- **Problem Solving:** Work independently to resolve client issues, utilizing innovative thinking to offer creative solutions that meet client needs.
- **Team Collaboration:** Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on process improvements and best practices.
- **Feedback Gathering:** Solicit client feedback and share insights with the management team to drive service improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting:** Compile and analyze account activity reports, presenting findings to team members and management for strategic planning.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** One year of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills:**
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Independent:** Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being proactive in managing tasks.
- **Confident:** Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
