Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist with account management tasks, including billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders.4. Analyze account data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.2. Proven experience in account management or customer support roles.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. Driven and resourceful personality traits.6. Innovation and project management soft skills.7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
