To ensure transactions are posted in accounting system on a timely & accurate manner, monthly bank reconciliations. Handle of filing, keep record & assuring accurate documents filing. General office administration works. Prepare related companies' transactions & ensure reconciling items are followed up properly. To prepare, analyse & report financial results & prepare tax returns. Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards & statutory requirements.
