Details of the offer

Perform day-to-day accounting functions.- Handle basic accounting tasks such as issuing payment vouchers and receipts.- Maintain record keeping, data entry, and proper filling system.- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.- Perform daily general and administration duties.- Willing to learn.- Able to meet deadlines.- Able to work with minimum supervision.- Enter and update information into a relevant database.- Manage and provide an accurate monthly bank reconciliation, maintaining a journal, General Ledger, and other reporting- Preparing a monthly statement of accounts to customers and managing account reconciliation with customers and supplier- Responsibility for necessary funding procedures and/or all matters related to cash management, processing staff reimbursement, and any payment- Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management & Superior.Requirement- Minimum 4 years experience in finance and accounting or equivalent.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.- Good command of written and spoken in English and Malay.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
