Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.- Manage the administration function, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.- Lead and develop the finance and administration team, providing guidance and support as needed.- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and provide financial insights to support decision-making.- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement to drive business growth.- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory reporting.- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and manage financial risks.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Finance & Admin Manager: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English, Malay and Chinese (required)Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
