Accountant

• Manage all accounting report functions, consisting of annual and monthly financial statements, cash flow management, budgets, audits, etc.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the finance function.
• Prepare financial forecasts with comparison against actuals for use by management.
• Process the payments and reconcile the accounts; oversee the monthly payments; and regularly check and reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and keep updated with changes in tax legislation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Assist in any ad-hoc reporting and projects.


• At least a diploma/degree in accounting or a related field of study.
• Experience in accounting or finance is required, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of local tax regulations, GAAP, and MPERS standards is advantageous.
• Excellent numerical skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance team members.
• Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving capabilities and a high level of integrity and accountability.
• Must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
