Accountant

Reporting to Finance Manager located in Singapore, this role is responsible for accounting and controlling activities for the factory in JB. This includes monthly & quarterly closing and management reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory count, handling external audit, tax compliance and cashflow planning. Ensure close collaboration with operation & support team to proactively drive ongoing business process improvements.Task :Support strategic business planning for factory expansion.
Perform monthly closing and reporting, with support from shared service function.
Prepare quarterly management reporting package.
Involve in Annual budgeting.
Variance analysis on operation score card.
Assist auditor in stock take.
Liaise with customs / external auditor.
Ensure tax compliances, including WHT, SST, transfer pricing, e-invoicing.
Prepare cashflow planning.
Qualifications :Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / ACCA or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experiences in Manufacturing industry, preferably with costing and SAP experiences.
Result oriented and is able to skill up to manager position in 2-3 years time.
Good understanding on Accounting Principle.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words/Excel/PowerPoint).
