We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, handling payroll, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial operations of the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Accounts Management:Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Purchasing:Manage purchasing on behalf of the clinic.
Reconciliation:Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
Budgeting & Forecasting:Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Compliance:Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Tax Preparation:Assist tax agent with tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
Audits:Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
Software Utilization:Utilize accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting) for financial data entry and reporting.
Administrative Support:Provide administrative support related to finance, including documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:3+ years of experience in accounting.
Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Attributes:High level of integrity and professionalism.
