Accountant

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards, annual budget and cash flow management.
Liaising with auditors, banker and tax agents pertaining to finance, accounts and tax matters.
Familiar with consolidation of group accounts.
Provide reliable and timely financial information for management decision.
To monitor the performance of the company against budget and costing, and implement action plans to address operating issues accordingly.
To lead, manage and supervise accounts staff to ensure efficient & effective implementation of duties and responsibilities.
Other job functions as may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
RequirementsDegree in Accountancy, ACCA or MICPA.
Minimum 3 years' experience in audit environment.
At least 3 years in a leadership position.
Experience in property development, plantation and manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Conversant in corporate taxation, accounting standards and compliance.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities, excellent analytical, problem solving and good decision making skills are essential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
