Accounting Administrator

-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word) -Proficiency in accounting software (Autocount is an added bonus).
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities: -Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
-Maintain financial records with accurate data entry.
-Aid in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.
-Support in preparing financial reports and presentations.
-Ensure proper processing and recording of supplier invoices and purchase orders.
-Prepare part-time payments.
-Process bank deposits and update accounting records in the system and Excel.
-To make sure AR is up to date.
To chase payment for outstanding client.
-Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
-Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries professionally.
-Aid in inventory management and procurement processes.
-Able to multitask to support cross-functional team.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
