Accounting Clerk Administrator (Chinese Speaker)

* TO WORK IN SETIA ALAM, HQ OFFICE
* To track and manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Process invoices, payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
* Keep accurate and organized records of financial documents, invoices, and other accounting materials
* Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including handling emails, and paperwork

; Requirements:-  * Excellent in SQL accounting system, Microsoft Word, Excel
* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Able to speak any Chinese dialect is an added advantage
* Understanding of accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
* Ability to accurately handle financial records, transactions, and data entry
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with other departments and employees
* Handle sensitive financial information with care and confidentiality.
