Job DescriptionJob Description
Handling full set of accounts (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory) on day-to-day functions
Verify invoices and other accounting documents
To monitor expenses and expense forecasting
Assist in general accounting activities (month-end closing and reporting)
Deal with the bank and liaise with other departments/vendors.
Monitor cash flow in the company.
Assist in financial statements, tax returns and ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory authority requirements
Assist and provide administrative support to the director
Handling Human Resource/admin related operations:
Maintain updated and precise attendance records.
Office maintenance (ad hoc basis)
Assist in annual events setting (upon request)
Job RequirementsProficient in Malaysia accounting-related subjects and with government law and regulations.
Good analytical and communication skills
At least 2-3 years of working experience
Candidates that are able to startIMMEDIATELYwill be highly preferred
Good knowledge ofSQL accountingsoftware; Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Good in documentation and filing.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess a positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.
