[Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-podirect-trading-m-sdn-bhd-job-accounting-executive] - Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Accounting or Finance is necessary - Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously are required - High emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail - Ideally seeking an Executive with demonstrated experience in accounting or finance - Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for communication with Chinese clients Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for processing transactions for local and overseas suppliers in a timely manner while adhering to guidelines - Maintain accounts, monitor overdue balances and credit limits, and obtain approval from authorized managers - Follow up on overdue accounts with customers and suppliers and report to supervisors in a timely manner - Prepare aging reports and submit them for review by Accounts Managers/Directors - Create monthly collection/payment reports, detailing collections and expenses for group consolidation - Perform any other necessary tasks as assigned by management.
