Ensure timely preparation of monthly and annual management reporting with detailed business analysis, including income statement, variance analysis against budget/forecast and prior year results, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Responsible for the annual budget and quarterly forecast for the businesses.
Preparation of tax computation, tax forecast (CP204), and tax revision (CP204A).
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and other statutory bodies for relevant reports and submissions as required by regulatory bodies.
Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments.
Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.
Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.).
More than 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting.
Possess strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on approach, able to multi-task, work independently under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment and dynamic culture.
Team player - able to work across different teams and contribute to a positive environment.
