Assist departments in the preparation of their budgets and financial forecasts.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Examine financial data and provide insights to the management team.
Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of financial reports to stakeholders.
Manage the accounting department, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
Ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions and documentation.
Enhance and improve internal controls for financial reporting.
Guarantee adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, etc.
Manage external audits and collaborate with auditors to achieve successful audit results.
Oversee tax reporting and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Track cash flow and manage cash reserves to maintain the company's financial stability.
Formulate strategies for effective cash management and enhance working capital efficiency.
Perform financial analysis to inform decision-making, including profitability, cost, and investment assessments.
Offer strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasts.
Work closely with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.
Offer financial insights to drive business growth and support expansion initiatives.
Contribute to the creation of corporate strategies and plans.
Lead and guide the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Make sure team members are trained in accounting standards and financial procedures.

Make sure the company has sufficient insurance coverage and effective risk management policies in place.

Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline is required.
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Authorized to work in Malaysia.
Proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
