This is a significant cost for the managed services business.Updating the backout schedule for new MS purchase orders raised.Recording purchase orders that have been invoice receipted (SAP receipting is performed by Vendor Administration team)Review of monthly movement by vendor and clientReview and reconciliation of the backout prepayment, accrual and expense movementPreparation of additional monthly backout accruals where the purchase orders have not yet been raised.Preparation of backout prepayment, accrual and expense journal entries.Revenue recognition processing and preparation of data required for posting of revenue by client and business unit.Preparation and posting of cost recognition by client and business unit.Deferred revenue balance sheet reconciliationPreparation and review of miscellaneous cost accruals including Global service charges.Contract base movement and analysis –additions and churnSAP Derivation table maintenance and maintaining system data integrity.Timesheet and cross-charge reporting and review.Preparing monthly SOX requirementsAssistance with SOX, Internal and External AuditsOther DutiesSupport Management Accountant with Salesforce opportunity hygiene and Salesforce to SAP booking reconciliations.Streamline processes and identify areas for improvementConduct special projects as requested from time to time by Manager Financial Control.About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
